Initial appearances Angel Ingacio Alatorre, 32, River Falls, posted a $10,000 signature bond July 5 on felony bail jumping, felony child abuse – intentionally cause harm, battery (domestic abuse) and disorderly conduct (domestic abuse) charges. A status conference is scheduled for 10:30 a.m. July 26.

Todd Richard Ames, 52, Prescott, pleaded not guilty and posted a $1,000 signature bond July 11 on an operating while revoked (alcohol related) charge. A pre-trial conference is slated for 9 a.m. Aug. 11.

Devon Paul Anway, 19, Red Wing, Minn., failed to make an initial appearance July 11 on an operate without valid license (second within three years) charge. A bench warrant was issued for his arrest.

Matthew D. Bever, 51, St. Paul Park, Minn., failed to make an initial appearance July 11 on ignition interlock device tampering/failure to install/violate court order and operating while revoked (alcohol related) charges. A bench warrant for his arrest was issued.

Jorge Javier Carrillo Olivas, 43, River Falls, pleaded not guilty and posted a $1,000 signature bond on an operate without valid license (second within three years) charge July 11. A status conference is set for 1 p.m. Aug. 15.

Justin Lee Dubois, 36, River Falls, pleaded not guilty and posted a $1,000 signature bond July 5 on disorderly conduct and resisting or obstructing an officer

charges. A status conference is scheduled for 2 p.m. July 29.

Jeremy Eugene Ealy, 38, Hager City, posted a $5,000 signature bond July 8 on felony bail jumping and misdemeanor bail jumping charges. A preliminary hearing is slated for 2:30 p.m. July 18.

Andres Becerra Espinoza, 35, Ellsworth, pleaded not guilty and posted a $1,000 signature bond July 11 on resisting or obstructing an officer, OWI-second, operating with PAC-second, two ignition interlock device tampering/failure to install/ violate court order, anad two operating while revoked (alcohol related) charges. A status conference is scheduled for 10 a.m. Aug. 16.

Olatunde Fasasi, 41, Ellsworth, pleaded not guilty and posted a $500 signature bond July 13 on an ignition interlock device tampering/ failure to install/violate court order charge. A status conference is slated for 1:45 p.m. Aug. 25.

Manuel Guaman I, 26, Hudson, pleaded not guilty and was ordered to pay $200 cash bail on an operate without valid license (second within three years) charge July 14. A status conference is scheduled for 9:30 a.m. July 21.

Domingo Gutierrez Hernandez, 57, Elmwood, failed to make an initial appearance July 11 on an operate without valid license (second within three years) charge. A bench warrant was issued for his arrest.

Mason Lee Hutter, 42, Ellsworth, posted a $10,000 signature bond July 5 on felony burglary – building or dwelling, retail theft – intentionally take and misdemeanor bail jumping charges. A preliminary hearing is set for 2:30 p.m. July 21.

Brandon Robert Kaase, 30, Prescott, pleaded not guilty and posted a $1,000 signature bond July 11 on ignition interlock device tampering/failure to install/ violate court order and operating while revoked (alcohol related) charges. A status conference is scheduled for 2 p.m. Aug. 15.

Beau Allen Merriman, 24, River Falls, posted a $2,500 signature bond July 11 on a felony bail jumping charge. A preliminary hearing is set for 11:30 a.m. July 21.

Craig A. Passe, 42, Ellsworth, pleaded not guilty and posted a $1,000 signature bond July 11 on an operating while revoked (alcohol related) charge. A status conference is slated for 1:15 p.m. Aug. 15.

Zane Nicholas Robertson, 24, River Falls, pleaded not guilty and posted a $1,000 signature bond July 5 on disorderly conduct (domestic abuse) and criminal damage to property (domestic abuse) charges. A status conference is scheduled for 2:15 p.m. July 29.

Alexandria Marie Schultz, 26, Prescott, pleaded not guilty and posted a $500 signature bond July 5 on a disorderly conduct (domestic abuse) charge. A status conference is slated for 2:30 p.m. July 29.

Tejay Allen Skordahl, 38, Ellsworth, posted a $10,000 signature bond July 11 on felony bail jumping, misdemeanor bail jumping, resisting or obstructing an officer, and disorderly conduct (domestic abuse) charges. A preliminary hearing is set for 2 p.m. Aug. 1.

David Gibson Wyrick, 54, Maiden Rock, pleaded not guilty and posted a $500 signature bond July 11 on an operating while revoked (alcohol related) charge. A pre-trial conference is slated for 1:30 p.m. July 29.

Deferred cases Sheri L. Ackerman, 55, River Falls, pleaded guilty to and entered into a deferred judgment of conviction agreement on a disorderly conduct charge July 11. The charge resulted from a Jan. 18 incident.

Closed cases Richard Alan Beardmore, 65, River Falls, was convicted of OWI-first, ordered to undergo an alcohol assessment, and fined $811.50 July 11. His driver’s license was revoked for six months. An operating with PAC charge was dismissed. The charges stemmed from a July 2, 2021 traffic stop.

Korbin Lee Burke, 31, River Falls, was convicted of operating while revoked (alcohol related) and fined $443 July 5. The charge resulted from a Dec. 13, 2020 traffic stop.

Troy Carlton Donicht, 32, Faribault, Minn., was convicted of felony possess with intent – heroin July 6, sentenced to three years in prison, three years of extended supervision and three years’ probation, and fined $518. Felony possession of methamphetamine, felony possess with intent – deliver narcotics, possess drug paraphernalia and possession of THC charges wee dismissed. The charges stemmed from a Nov. 16, 2020 incident.

Tou L. Khang, 38, Mankato, Minn., was sentenced to 30 days in jail and three years’ probation and ordered to pay $518 in court costs July 6 at a sentencing hearing. Khang failed to comply with a three-year deferred judgment of conviction agreement on a felony burglary – building or dwelling charge, put in place July 21, 2021. The charge resulted from a Sept. 25, 2018 incident.

Rhiannon Lea Ladue, 43, Shakopee, Minn. (prison), was convicted of operate without valid license (second within three years) and fined $443 July 7. The charge stemmed from a June 28, 2014 traffic stop.

Michael Morgan Madsen, 41, Stanley (prison), was convicted of felony OWIfifth (with passenger under age 16), sentenced to one year and one day in prison and five years of extended supervision, and fined $3,593 July 8. His driver’s license was revoked for five years, after which time he’ll be required to install an ignition interlock device for five years. Felony operating with PAC-fifth (passenger under age 16), misdemeanor bail jumping and operating while revoked (alcohol related) charges were dismissed. Two felony bail jumping and two disorderly conduct charges were read-in but dismissed. The charges resulted from incidents July 4, 2018; Dec. 11, 2017; Jan. 21, 2018; and April 25, 2018.

Joshua J. Paff, 31, Winnebago County Jail, Oshkosh, was sentenced to nine months in jail (157 days credit) and ordered to pay $543 in unpaid court costs July 11 at a probation revocation sentencing hearing. Paff was convicted of fourth degree sexual assault (domestic abuse sexual assault) Dec. 15, 2021 and sentenced to two years’ probation. The charge stemmed from an April 11, 2018 incident.

Jason Daniel Perron, 43, River Falls, was convicted of reckless driving – endanger safety and fined $389 July 12. An operating with PACthird charge was dismissed. The charges resulted from a Dec. 2, 2020 traffic stop.

Two felony bail jumping charges against Christopher R. Peterson, 38, Minneapolis, were dismissed July 11. The charges stemmed from incidents June 28 and Aug. 1, 2020.

Mario Eduardo Rivera, 39, Stockholm, was convicted of operate without valid license (second with three years) and fined $443 July 11. The charge resulted from an April 8 traffic stop.

A computer message – threaten/injury or harm charge against Hayly Marie Royal, 25, Red Wing, Minn., was dismissed July 8 upon completion of a deferred judgment of conviction agreement. The charge stemmed from a June 22, 2020 incident.
