PRESCOTT – We’re back! After another one-week delay, activities are resuming at the Prescott Middle School location. Join us at 1220 St. Croix St., Door 5, for all future activities. New and old members, age 55 and older, are welcome to join us. Regular hours are Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday from 12:30-3:30 p.m.
Wednesday, Sept. 11: Card Day, join your friends for Euchre, Bridge or game of your choice. Lots of possibilities!
Thursday, Sept. 12: Pickleball players meet at 9 a.m. at Lions Park across from the Prescott Intermediate School on Elm Street. Join us at the middle school at 12:30 p.m. for Canasta; we can teach you too! Also at 1 p.m. watercolor painting resumes, no previous talent required! There’s a $2 fee.
Monday, Sept. 16: The summer canceled pontoon ride is rescheduled for 10 a.m. Sign up was required. Call Penny Peterson at 715-262 4676 with inquires.
Tuesday, Sept. 17: Pickleball players meet at 9 a.m. at Lions Park across from the Prescott Intermediate School on Elm Street. Walking group meets at 9 a.m. at the Gathering Place. Mahjongg will be meeting at 9 a.m. at Joy Lutheran Church. They will continue to meet there in the future due to space required. Join your friends for a fun game of Left, Right, Center at 12:30 p.m. at the Gathering Place. Remember to bring your dimes!
Wednesday, Sept. 18: Program and Publicity committees meet at 10:15 a.m. Card Day follows at 12:30 p.m. with games of Euchre, Bridge, or game of your choice played.
