RIVER FALLS – The River Falls American Legion invites all area veterans and their spouses to a special “Veterans County Fair,” where they can learn about benefits they may be eligible to receive.
The event, which will take place 5-7 p.m. on Thursday, Sept 12, at the Post located at 701 N. Main St., River Falls. We will have representatives of county veteran service offices, the VA, the UWRF veteran support group, veteran-friendly companies and others available to discuss issues including health care, disability compensation, survivor and burial benefits, education and training, employment opportunities, home loans, life insurance and more.
