The Public Service Commission of Wisconsin (PSC) recently received initial approval to begin soliciting Internet Service Providers (ISPs) to apply for grants to access over $1 billion in funding to improve high-speed Internet access across the state.
The four counties of Buffalo, Pepin, Pierce, and Trempealeau are working together and with the ISPs, to connect every unserved home and business in these counties.
The counties are asking your support in participating in an Internet Speed Test to measure the speed of your connection today. This information will assist our planning efforts to bring you better Internet service. The speed test results are confidential, and it only takes a minute to collect your results. Go to https://speedtest.respec.cloud/ to take the Internet Speed Test.
